Incredible resistance outdoors: used for constructions, it has excellent resistance to UV rays, much better than Teak.
Good insulation quality: very little conductor of heat and cold, it maintains an average temperature in all circumstances.
Fast growing, it can be reused and recycled. Not needing treatment for its protection, it can be used in its raw state and moreover, it does not contain any dangerous product which could penetrate the ground.
