2. Country of delivery

We ship to the following countries, which you can select during the checkout: Mainland France (including Corsica), Monaco, Luxembourg, Spain, and Italy.

We also ship to Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, Portugal, Denmark, Austria, Dubai, the Netherlands, and the French overseas departments and territories, in which case we encourage you to contact us before ordering. 

For all other destinations, please email us at contact@arkanaliving.com. We’ll do our best to find a carrier and get you a shipping quotation.

3. Our delivery services

Whatever products you order, we make every effort to guarantee you a quality delivery service. This is why we adapt our modes of transport to the nature of each of your orders and according to your geographic area.

For large packages, delivery is made by a transporter specializing in the delivery of furniture. This carrier will contact you to set a delivery date according to your availability.

Namely, deliveries may be slightly slowed down during the summer period or in the event of an exceptional event.

The carrier's selection is made according to the dimensions of the package. Delivery at the foot of the building or at the gate for a house. Delivery to the room of your choice, if desired, must be requested by the customer. This optional service, if available and applicable, then generates a price supplement.

4. Accessibility conditions

When purchasing large items, the customer must ensure that the delivery truck can access the street where the accommodation is located. We cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering bulky items due to too narrow access.

In case of inaccessibility of the place of delivery of your order, you will be required to pay 50% of your order as well as all of the delivery costs.

5. Returns

In accordance with article L.121-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen days to exercise his right of withdrawal and return at his expense the product or products which does not give him (her) whole satisfaction. This option is not applicable to products manufactured according to the Customer's specifications (in particular, specifications in terms of materials, wood, colors, finishes, materials, choice of fabric, base or specific dimensions of the product), and more generally, any clearly personalized product (made-to-measure) or which, due to its nature, cannot be returned or is liable to deteriorate. The products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale to the following address:

All returned orders must be accompanied by the order number as well as information concerning the customer (name, first name, delivery address, telephone number, email address). Any returned damaged product will not be refunded.

Reimbursement will be made after receipt and verification of items excluding delivery costs.

Customers within the EU also have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the day of receipt of the package to cancel their order and return the products to us.

Any cancellation or return of an order must be reported to our team by email at contact@arkanaliving.com. The refund of your order will be made once the items returned at your expense.
