2. Delivery Countries

We currently deliver to the following countries, which you can select directly on our website:

Mainland France (including Corsica), Monaco, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, Austria, Germany, and Denmark.

We also deliver to other European countries (Switzerland, Belgium, Cyprus, Lithuania, Greece, Netherlands, Ireland, French Overseas Territories, etc.) and internationally (USA and other destinations on request).

In these cases, please contact us before placing your order to receive a tailored shipping solution.

For any other destination, please email us at contact@arkanaliving.com. We will do our best to find a suitable carrier and provide you with a tailored delivery solution.

3. Our Delivery Services

We strive to ensure a high-quality delivery service for all orders.

Delivery methods are chosen based on the nature of your items and your location.

For large items, delivery is carried out by a specialised furniture carrier.

They may contact you to agree on a delivery date that suits your availability.

Deliveries may experience slight delays during peak periods (summer months) or in case of exceptional circumstances.

Standard delivery is to the gate for houses, or the main entrance for apartments or complexes.

If you would like your items delivered into a specific room, this must be requested in advance and may incur an additional charge, depending on feasibility.

4. Accessibility Conditions

Before placing an order, customers must ensure that the delivery vehicle can access the street leading to their gate or building entrance.

We cannot be held responsible if delivery is impossible due to restricted access.

In case of inaccessible delivery, the customer will be required to pay 50% of the order value plus the full delivery cost.

If access is limited, please contact us before ordering so we can find the best delivery solution.

5. Returns

In accordance with article L.121-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers have a period of fourteen days to exercise their right of withdrawal and return, at their own expense, any products that do not meet their satisfaction. This right does not apply to products made to the customer’s specifications (such as material, wood, colour, finish, fabric, base, or specific dimensions), or any customised or made-to-measure items, or products that cannot be returned or may be damaged during return. Products must be returned in their original packaging, in resalable condition, to the following address:

All returned orders must include the order number and customer details (name, delivery address, phone number, email). Damaged returns will not be refunded.

Refunds will be processed after receipt and inspection of the items, excluding delivery costs.

Customers within the European Union also have 14 days from the date of receipt to return products.

All return or cancellation requests must be sent via email to contact@arkanaliving.com. Refunds will be processed once the items have been returned, with return shipping costs borne by the customer.
